7-Day Return Policy

At DUCA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.


Return Guidelines:

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Exceptions: Certain items such as personal care products, opened baby products, or custom-made items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific return restrictions.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at du-rena@ducanow.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  3. Packing the Return: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refund Process:

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at du-rena@ducanow.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., skincare items, baby products once opened).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
